Sign Documents
Prior to the initial consultation, we request prospective clients to sign our Confidentiality Agreement.
Complimentary Consultation
At your preference, the introductory discussion can be held in person, phone, or virtually. This meeting allows both parties to get acquainted, discuss the client's business and project, address any questions, and explore desired services. Timberline will research the client's business and industry beforehand to ensure an efficient consultation.
Execute Scope of Services Agreement
If after the consultation you feel that Timberline can successfully help, the Scope of Services Agreement will be itemized to document the work to be performed, the engagement's duration and timeline, the payment terms, and your preferred method of communication.
Commencement of Work
Timberline will promptly begin work on your project and will provide periodic updates to the client on the project's status, as well as address any questions or comments you may have for Timberline throughout the process.
Project Completion
Upon completion, Timberline will conduct a post-closing call to confirm that all work has been completed to your satisfaction. We will also obtain your assessment of Timberline and it's work, request your permission to be featured in our "Completed Projects" page, and to invite you to refer Timberline to other businesses in your professional network

Rate Structure
Timberline's rate structure options provide flexibility and value for our clients and are determined by the type of services requested as well as the project's scope, duration, and complexity.
Hourly Rate
For clients with short-term projects, or for situations where the client wishes to manage the project's scope or budget with a cost limit.
Monthly Retainer
A flat fee paid each month ($1,000 minimum) for on-demand access to Timberline's services. In retainer situations where Timberline performs more than 4 hours of work during a month, each additional hour will be billed at standard rate.
For clients having longer-term projects with specific, agreed-upon deliverables.
Fixed Rate
For Pre-Sale and Pre-Acquisition services, or for Loan Procurement services, a success fee equal to 0.375% of the transaction's face amount (i.e. net sale proceeds, purchase price, or loan commitment amount) will be due and payable at the transaction's closing.
